Since December, our incredible interim Director of Nursing, Beth Beshara has poured her heart into Holston Health & Rehabilitation. From mentoring our nursing team to encouraging leadership, she has been a steady hand, a bright smile, and a passionate advocate for quality care every single day.
Her charisma lit up the halls. Her smile reassured residents and staff alike. Her passion for nursing reminded us all why we do what we do. And of course… we will even miss all of her Disney characters that brought a little extra magic, fun, and sparkle to our campus days. ✨🏰
While Ohio may be calling her back home, a piece of her heart will always remain here — and a piece of ours goes with her. Our residents, patients, and team members will truly miss her presence, her guidance, and the joy she carried with her.
